The following document is a legal agreement between you and SpareParts HardWear, LLC and MySpare.com (“Company”). If you are an end-user or customer or client, or if you are a supplier, distributor, or retailer of products or components manufactured or distributed by the Company or any of its affiliates, divisions, or departments, when accessing, browsing, or otherwise using this site and the systems provided within it, you agree that you are at least eighteen (18+) years old (or twenty-one years old (21+) in applicable cities, states, or municipalities), and that you will be bound by these terms and to comply with any and all applicable laws and regulations in your state, municipality, country, nation, or region of origin. You further agree to cease immediate use of this website if you do not agree to these terms.

When using any systems including, but not limited to, shopping carts, inventory systems, backend databases, interactive pages, third-party plugins, or other content on the MySpare.com or any other Company website, you agree not to tamper with site code or accounts, intrude without authorization into any part of the MySpare.com website or its systems or use the MySpare.com site or its systems to interfere or intrude on any other system or website. Acts including, but not limited to, password cracking, defrauding of user passwords, denial-of-service attacks (which includes sending packets with illegal or over-capacity packet sizes, UDP flooding, partially-open TCP Connection flooding, ping-flooding, and more) are specifically prohibited under this agreement and by all Terms of Use set forth by the Company. You further agree to contact the Company immediately if you feel your password security has been compromised.

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise utilizing MySpare.com or any of the Company’s websites or systems, you agree that the information including content, images, code, and other components is the exclusive property of the Company or its manufacturers, licensors, distributors, or affiliates and is protected by United States copyright law and other, applicable intellectual property laws.
